Chapter 3
They went through together. The next thing they knew they were in another dimension. Andy asked, “what is this place?” she told’ him, “it is the badlands and there is a lot of evil lurking in the mountains and in the caves.” When they went on their way to her village she told him that the place where she lived was very beautiful and peaceful with lots of trees, flowers and animals.
Andy asked, “What is a Confessor?” She said that when a person was in prison they would ask for a Confessor to tell all the bad things they did before they got caught. Andy was intrigued by what she was telling him.
His sword started to vibrate and the greenish glow was very bright. He looked up and saw something on the horizon. He asked, “What on earth is that up there?”
Princess Katch said it was one of the evil creatures that lived in one of the caves. As they got closer, the creature lunged at them. Andy quickly pulled out his sword and struck down the creature. And it vanished into dust.
It was starting to turn to dusk. Andy said, “We must find shelter in the caves.”
When they got to a cave he went inside to see if it was safe for them to spend the night. After he searched every nook and cranny and it was all clear. The next morning they started on their way again. The Princess told Andy that they were getting close to her village.
When they got there a few of her people came to meet them. Then Andy noticed the sorrow in their eyes. When he asked them what was wrong they told him that the evil wizard had sent his soldiers to kidnap the children from the villages and take them to his castle. Andy and the Princess looked at each other in bewilderment. They couldn’t believe that this was happening.
The next morning when they got up Andy and Princess Katch were ready to leave her village. Andy asked the villagers which way the soldiers went. The villagers said the road north was taken. He thanked them and he the Princess went in pursuit.
Several hours passed and the next thing they knew they arrived at another village. Princess Katch told him, “You will not understand their language, so I will do the talking.” Andy recognized the same sorrow in the villagers’ eyes as in the previous village. When she finished talking with them she told him that their children had been taken from them by the soldiers as well. They spent the night and the next morning they left to continue their journey.
As they were walking along a beautiful field the sun was shinning very brightly and it was warm. Andy and Princess Katch were enjoying the nice day and they talked about a plan to save the children. In the distance they saw the castle where the children were taken. Princess Katch said, “It is another day’s travel from here to the castle”. So they made a fire and camped for the night.

chapter 2
Chapter 2
He bid Jo farewell and headed down the path back to Crabtree. As he walked he thought about what Jo told him; he was surprised to find out that he had been adopted and that his real father was a bad wizard. He thought about what he was told, about what it all meant and what was to become of him in the future.
On the path he noticed a woman coming towards him. As she got closer, he saw fear in her eyes. When they reached each other he takes her by the hand and introduces himself. “What is it that you fear so much?”
As he took her hand the fear suddenly left her face and peacefulness came to her eyes. She said, “My name is Princess Katch. I have been looking for the Chosen One to come back with me to restore peace in my land. As soon as you touched my hands I knew you were the Chosen One.”
Andy was confused because he had no idea what the Chosen One meant. “What do you mean I am the Chosen One?”
She said to him, “When we touched there was an energy that pasted from you to me.” She said that a wise man had told her there will be someone she will meet in a town called Crabtree. He will possess great energy and she will know he is the Chosen One.
“I left my dimension to find Crabtree because my life was in danger. There is an evil presence killing off all the Confessors and I am the last one.”
Andy asked her, “Do you want me to come with you to your dimension and see what I can do to help you?”
She said, “That would be great, thanks.”
They walked together until they saw a hole in a tree and the princess said, “We must go through this portal.” She took his hand and she said, “Trust me.”

Chapter 1
One day in the year 1232, there was a man walking along a path. His name was Andy. He lived in a town called Crabtree and it was named this because it was by the sea and by the land. He walked along the path and came to a place were the water was clear blue. He sat down to take in the peacefulness of the sea. He could see water for miles and in the sea there were dolphins and whales and creatures of every kind. While he was sitting he saw a pod of dolphins passing by. He spent half the day there.
Suddenly, he heard a voice that was very familiar to him. It was his friend, Jo. When Jo arrived he sat with Andy and said to him, “There is something you need to know. I have been waiting for a moment to tell you, but the time was never right. I want to tell you a story about your family. Let’s take a walk.”
So, they left and headed towards Jo’s place. Jo started to tell Andy the story of his own life.
“I was not born in Crabtree and I am not the person you think I am. I came from another realm called Zim. It was a very beautiful place with lots of trees and flowers and animals of all kinds. You may be surprised to know that I am a wizard – a wizard with good in my heart. Then, one day, I was banished from my land by an evil sorcerer named Jack”.
Jo looked at Andy and saw a bewildered look on his face. “And, the father you know is not your real father, but your adopted father. I brought you to this place when you were an infant.” When Andy heard all this he froze in his tracks and stared dumbfounded at his friend. Jo put a comforting hand on him. “I know it’s a lot to take in but, in time you will get to know more of your true self”.
When they reached Jo’s place he told Andy to wait on the porch. “I have something for you.” He went inside and into a room that had a chest. The chest had a round top and points on the front and back. In the chest was a sword. Jo took the sword and pulled it out of its scabbard. The sword had a gold handle with an Elrho head on it - which is cross between an elephant and a rhinoceros - as well as four diamonds on either side. It was serrated on one edge. It was also light-weight. The scabbard was made with a very fine material of gold and blue thread. Its point was made of pure gold. The blade had no visible markings and that pleased him.
Jo put the sword back in its scabbard and closed and locked the chest. He went outside to Andy and gave the sword to him.
Andy had amazement in his eyes because it was a sword shaped like no other. Jo saw the look in Andy eyes and told him the story of the weapon that he now possessed.
“The weapon you now hold in your hands was made by a very special sword-maker in the land I came from. There is one thing that you need to understand: whenever there is danger this sward will vibrate and take on a greenish glow. When it does, take heed of the warning. As you go on your journey, there will be a change in the sword. One is a good sign and one is a bad sign.”
Andy took the sword and thanked him.
